Short-term focused study abroad experiences are available for both the Winter and Summer breaks, allowing maximum flexibility and ample learning experiences. Current short-term programs are available with a wide range of emphasis spanning the areas of Ecology, Archaeology, and Business Administration, and Spanish language/Latin American Culture. With the exception of the Spanish language programs, the language of instruction for short-term programs is generally English; although Spanish instruction is available with previous planning.

Extended semester and year-long study is also available. For extended programs, the language of instruction is Spanish; Spanish as a second language course can complement any extended program. Certification of Spanish language level is required for admittance to extended programs. There are undergraduate programs of extended study available in engineering, business administration, education, public relations, marketing, accounting, hospitality studies and Spanish Language/Hispanic Studies.

There are graduate programs of study available in business administration, engineering, law, and advanced computer studies.
